General Information

* Club Regency in Regency Towers is located at 2511 South Ocean Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

* Club Regency has exchange affiliation with Resort Condominiums International (RCI) and Interval International.

* Ownership – Fee Simple: Fixed, deeded weeks

* Closing Costs: $250.00 per deed, which includes document preparation and recording fees.  Does not include title insurance.  We accept Visa and Master Card.

* Maintenance fees as of July 1, 2010:

• 2 Bedroom unit/week is $672.00 per year

• 3 Bedroom unit/week is $794.00 per year

*Maintenance fees are billed semi-annually in July and January.  Maintenance fees include all expenses for the association, including real property taxes on the units.

*No Pay-No Play Policy:  Maintenance fees must be current in order to use or occupy your unit/week.  This was enacted as a part of our By-Laws for the benefit of all owners.

*Please be advised that all of our units are non smoking and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
